台風11号で被災された方へのご案内
土砂崩れなどの、お問い合わせは 家屋に関しては 北区へ 農道・ため池は 農業振興センターへ 公共施設は 神戸土木、北建設まで 平成26年台風11号 り災証明の発行について —————–以下、神戸市北区ホームページより引用————————– 平成26年台風11号により、次の項目に該当する被害に遭った住家を所有していた方等に、り災証明書を発行しています。
り災証明書は、「災害に係る住家の被害認定基準運用指針（内閣府）」に基づいて、り災程度を判定（全壊・大規模半壊・半壊・一部損壊・流出・床上浸水・床下浸水の区分）することができる住家を対象に発行しています。
なお、り災程度の判定の対象とならない「門柱」・「駐車場」など建物の外構部分や、「家財」・「自動車」などの動産については、り災証明書を発行いたしません。
